We need a new Receptionist/Administrator

We are looking to recruit for an Admin/Reception role based in our lovely new offices in Eversholt, Bedfordshire. This a great opportunity for someone with previous admin experience to join a small friendly team working in a fast-paced construction environment.


Reception Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members

- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events

- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area


Admin Duties:

- Supporting the HSE team with creating and maintaining Personnel records & training matrix.

- Support other business functions as required.

- Maintain company contact details

- Create job adverts when new projects start and manage responses

- Manage Social Media channels including website updates

-Some PA responsibilities for the Directors including arranging meetings, Hospitality etc.


Skills:- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

- Familiarity with SAGE is a plus

- Administrative skills including filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying documents

- Excellent phone etiquette with clear verbal communication skills
