Project – St Christopher’s Hospice

LF Solutions have been awarded the ground works, concrete to upper floors and external works packages at St Christopher’s Hospice. The groundwork's package consists of enabling works, installation of Piling matt, Piling attendance, ground beams, lift pit excavation and installing foul and surface water drainage which also includes installing a large attenuation tank. LF Solutions will also be carrying out the external works. This project involves working with several stakeholders including Network Rail and the NHS.

LF Solutions have been contracted to carry out the substructure, external works, concrete screeding to upper floors as well as piling attendance for Western Build on prestigious Imperial College project in the heart of Shepherds Bush. This involves carrying out the installation of ground beams, lift pit excavation and pile caps along with a complex gas membrane installation in addition to extensive substructure masonry and block and beam flooring. LF Solutions will also be installing hard landscaping finishes to the perimeter of the building.
